Registering as a Customer
Before you can place orders with us you need to register as a new customer. However, if you are an existing windhorse credit customer you can start using the website quite quickly. Please contact Customer Services to set up your account on the website and be sent a username and initial password.
All web customers need to be credit customers. If you are not already a credit customer and you contact us to register as a web customer, we will send you a confirmation letter and a credit application form. Once this is returned to us we can set you up with an online windhorse trade account, username and password
Placing Orders through the Website
We will try to deliver your order to you as close to the specified delivery date as possible. As soon as you have received your username and password you can log in and then you will be guided through the process of placing an order by the self-explanatory screens. You can save the order at any stage and return to it at a later time. We will not process your order until you reload and complete it.
Payment Options
We will only process your order if you have a sufficient credit balance on your account. You will then be invoiced for the goods delivered. Your credit account will be factored by HSBC Bank on our behalf. Payments should be made direct to HSBC quoting your reference number. The HSBC reference number will be sent to you when we open your credit account.
Discounts
We offer a standard discount of 5% when you order twice or more of the minimum sale quantity of any line item.

Minimum Order Levels and Carriage Charges
Depending on whether you are a UK, Eire or other overseas customer, minimum order levels and carriage charges will vary accordingly - see the section that applies to you below. For deliveries outside of the UK you can choose to pay in either Sterling or Euros.
Mainland UK Customers
We have a minimum order requirement of £200 and if the net total of your order is £300 or more we will not charge you for carriage. See table below.

Northern Ireland and UK Offshore Island Customers
There is a minimum order of £200 and carriage and shipping charges apply as explained in the table below.

Eire Customers

Customers Outside the UK and Eire
We will only ship orders over £500 or the Euro equivalent using our own monthly currency rate and will cover the carriage to any UK port but please contact customer services to clarify the shipping arrangements and costs as these vary widely for locations outside the UK and Eire, and will be payable in full.
