Trading terms and conditions
(1 ) Payment
Invoices are to be paid in full, 30 days from invoice date (unless otherwise specified). Goods remain the property of Windhorse Trading Ltd until they are fully paid for.

Credit, if granted, will not exceed the maximum limit specified in the credit agreement. Credit may be stopped if the payment terms are not adhered to. A credit account may not be opend until a satisfactory reply has been received from both trade reference provided on the credit application. Company accounts may be requested.
(2) Prices, Measurements
All prices quoted are unit prices, either in sterling net of VAT, or in Euros. All measurements are in cm and are approximate, due to the hand-made nature of the items.
(3) Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value depends on the customer´s location, but is calculated on the sterling value of the order:

(4) Carriage
Carriage payable is dependent on the value of the order, and the delivery location. Carriage to locations outside of mainland UK/Netherlands will be calculated at the time of despatch:

*We will deliver the order to the customer´s shipper based on the UK mainland - all shipping fees etc. beyond that point are the customer´s responsibility.
**We will deliver the order direct to the customer overseas - the customer will pay the entire carriage cost (less the estimated cost if we were to deliver to a UK-based shipper instead).
